Hair Masters Live — Ticket Terms & Refund Policy

Hair Masters Live is operated by LS Experience (NI) Ltd, company number NI739800, registered in Northern Ireland ("we", "us", "our").

These terms apply to all tickets purchased for Hair Masters Live. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

1. The Event

Hair Masters Live is scheduled to take place on Sunday 8 November 2026 at Tullyglass House Hotel, Ballymena, Northern Ireland.

Event times, schedules, demonstrations, contributors and other details may be updated where reasonably necessary.

2. Ticket Purchases

All tickets are subject to availability.

Your booking is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation of your order.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all information supplied when purchasing tickets, including their email address and attendee details, is correct.

Ticket prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any mandatory charges applicable to your purchase will be displayed before you complete your order.

3. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where Hair Masters Live is cancelled and a refund is due under these terms.

Tickets for leisure events taking place on a specific date are generally not subject to the statutory 14-day cooling-off period applicable to many other online purchases.

Please ensure that you are able to attend before purchasing your ticket.

Changes in personal circumstances, including illness, work commitments, travel difficulties, childcare arrangements or an inability to attend, do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

4. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, we may allow your ticket to be transferred to another person.

Please contact info@hairmaters.live before the event with your booking information and the name of the person who will attend in your place.

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or for more than their original purchase price without our written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse admission where we reasonably believe that a ticket has been obtained fraudulently or through unauthorised resale.

5. Event Cancellation

If Hair Masters Live is cancelled and is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid where applicable.

Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.

We will contact ticket holders using the contact details supplied with their booking.

Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, we are not responsible for additional costs incurred in connection with attending the event, such as accommodation, travel, meals or other expenses.

6. Postponement or Rescheduling

If Hair Masters Live is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the rescheduled event.

We will contact ticket holders with details of the new date and information about any options available to them.

Any entitlement to a refund following postponement or a significant change will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Changes to the Programme

Hair Masters Live features a programme of demonstrations, education, speakers, artists, contributors, competitions and other activities.

The advertised programme and line-up are subject to reasonable change.

We reserve the right to change event timings, running order, demonstrations, speakers, educators, artists or contributors where reasonably necessary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise as a condition of a particular ticket, the appearance of an individual contributor is not guaranteed.

A reasonable change to the running order, programme or line-up does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have where there is a significant change to the event.

8. Admission

Admission is subject to these terms and any reasonable requirements of the event venue.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or require an attendee to leave where reasonably necessary for safety, security or the proper operation of the event.

This includes abusive, threatening, dangerous or seriously disruptive behaviour.

Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions from Hair Masters Live, venue staff and security personnel.

9. Photography and Filming

Professional photography and video recording may take place throughout Hair Masters Live.

Images and footage may be used for promotional, editorial and archival purposes, including promotion of future Hair Masters Live events.

Where practical, attendees who have concerns about appearing prominently in photography or filming should speak to a member of the Hair Masters Live team.

Photography and filming will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.

10. Attendee Photography and Recording

Personal photography is generally permitted unless otherwise stated.

Professional filming, recording, live streaming or commercial reproduction of event content is not permitted without prior written permission.

We may prohibit photography, filming or recording during particular demonstrations or sessions.

11. Klarna and Other Payment Providers

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers including Shopify Payments and Klarna.

If you choose Klarna, your use of Klarna's payment services is subject to Klarna's own eligibility requirements, terms and conditions and privacy information.

Klarna determines eligibility for its payment products.

Choosing to pay through Klarna does not alter the Hair Masters Live refund, cancellation or ticket terms.

If a refund is due for an order paid using Klarna, we will process the appropriate refund through our payment system and Klarna will adjust your payment arrangement in accordance with its terms.

12. Competitions and Giveaways

Hair Masters Live may include competitions, giveaways or prizes available to eligible ticket holders.

Additional terms, entry requirements and eligibility conditions may apply to individual competitions.

Where separate competition terms are provided, those terms will apply in addition to these Ticket Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

Demonstrations, presentations, techniques, educational materials, photographs, videos and other event content may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise stated, these rights remain with Hair Masters Live, LS Experience (NI) Ltd or the relevant contributor or rights holder.

Purchasing a ticket does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit event content.

14. Liability

We will take reasonable care in organising and delivering Hair Masters Live.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

15. Accessibility

If you have accessibility requirements or require reasonable adjustments to attend Hair Masters Live, please contact info@hairmaters.live as early as possible.

We will work with you and the venue to make reasonable arrangements where possible.
